One of our high quality Southern Italian Olive oils that are offered in diverse volume sizing. There is a 7 to *5 day filling time for orders as they are drawn from the reserve tanks on order of product thereby ensuring as little chance of oxydization or exposure to sunlight as possible. All are independently certified as extra virgin with our range being between .4% and .5% of measured acidity (.8% or less for an olive oil by Italian law). Samples are available though shipping will be paid by the requesting company.
